How do subscriptions and credit packs differ?

Subscriptions provide credits on a billing schedule. Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no subscription. Both use the same balance for available image and video models.

What happens if a generation fails?

Check the job status and your credit history on the billing page. Provider failures follow our credit refund process. If your balance looks incorrect, contact support with the job or order details.

When are credits issued, and do they expire?

Subscription credits are issued according to the billing cycle and follow the validity period shown on the plan. Yearly subscription credits are issued together for the full year. Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire.

How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
